Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is processed for making or dispatch. To request a cancellation, customers must provide a valid order receipt or invoice.
For customized or made-to-order jewellery, cancellation is not allowed once the production process has started, as these items are specially crafted based on customer requirements.
In case of eligible cancellations, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Any advance payment made for custom orders is non-refundable.
The store reserves the right to deduct applicable charges such as making charges, design costs, or transaction fees before processing the refund.
Strict Cancellation Policy (For Premium / Custom Jewellery Shops)
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or manufacturing has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Any advance payment made will be non-refundable. In rare approved cases, the store may issue a store credit after deducting applicable charges such as design and processing fees.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started. However, cancellation requests before production may be accepted with partial deduction of advance payment.

Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
For customized jewellery, cancellation requests may be considered only if production has not started. A small cancellation fee may apply.
