Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase<\/strong> or before the order is processed for making or dispatch. To request a cancellation, customers must provide a valid order receipt or invoice.<\/p>

For customized or made-to-order jewellery<\/strong>, cancellation is not allowed<\/strong> once the production process has started, as these items are specially crafted based on customer requirements.<\/p>

In case of eligible cancellations, the refund will be processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong> through the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. Any advance payment made for custom orders is non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

The store reserves the right to deduct applicable charges<\/strong> such as making charges, design costs, or transaction fees before processing the refund.<\/p>

Strict Cancellation Policy (For Premium \/ Custom Jewellery Shops)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase<\/strong>. Once the order is processed or manufacturing has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.<\/p>

All customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery<\/strong> is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

Any advance payment made will be non-refundable<\/strong>. In rare approved cases, the store may issue a store credit<\/strong> after deducting applicable charges such as design and processing fees.<\/p>

Moderate Cancellation Policy (Balanced Approach)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase<\/strong> or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.<\/p>

Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started. However, cancellation requests before production may be accepted with partial deduction of advance payment<\/strong>.<\/p>

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong> via the original payment method or store credit, after deducting applicable charges.<\/p>

Flexible Cancellation Policy (Customer-Friendly Shops)<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase<\/strong> or before dispatch.<\/p>

For customized jewellery, cancellation requests may be considered only if production has not started. A small cancellation fee<\/strong> may apply.<\/p>
